BPatellar Fracture |
Patellar fractures are classified according to Holt and Larson. The transverse fractures is the most common, resulting from a direct blow. Others include vertical, comminuted, and avulsed. Differentiation is made from a bipartite patella, located usually at the superolateral margin.
